HOW CAN WE HELP?
The Mind Retreat Life Coaching based in North London offers several packages to cater for all your needs. In the first instance get in touch with Life Coach leigh@themindretreat.co.uk to arrange your free introductory session to work out which package will best suit you. If you prefer a more ad-hoc approach you can just just book one-on-one session when it suits you. We do advise that when starting out on your journey you ideally have one session every week for at least six to eight weeks to get the best results.
FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION
Get in touch with leigh@themindretreat.co.uk to arrange your free introductory session. This usually lasts around fifteen to twenty mins and will be a chance to see how we get on and what specifically you would like help with. This session can be done over the phone, face to face at our office in Muswell Hill North London, or on Skype.
AD HOC
Ad Hoc sessions can be done as and when you wish. These can be done face to face, over the phone or on Skype - which ever you prefer. The aim of these sessions is to work on anything that is bothering you. Much like block booking we can achieve all the same results and goal setting - these sessions are tailored to your specific needs and offer seventy two hour email support after each sessions.
BLOCK OF EIGHT
The benefit of booking eight is that we can work clearly on specific time bound goals, really have time to get to the root of all limiting blocks with seventy two hour email and phone support in between each session.
MONTHLY COACHING
This is ongoing and done for a minimum of three months. For this price you get one session a week, and constant email and phone support in between the sessions. The benefits of monthly coaching are that we can explore many areas and multiple goals, with no time pressures, you also get the added benefit a session every week to really cover everything important to you that you would like to work on.
